Founded in 2020 by the visionary Barista Chaw Su, our academy has quickly grown to become Myanmar's leading center for coffee expertise.From our first intake, we have focused on nurturing the talent that drives the nation's coffee culture. To date, we have bred hundreds of students, with our programs now proudly reaching Batch 97.Our mission is dual: to create high-caliber career opportunities for young baristas and to ensure the profitability and sustainability of local café businesses. We have successfully consulted more than 20 cafés, helping owners elevate their operations and reach new heights of success.With established campuses in both Yangon and Mandalay, the Barista Chaw Su Academy is uniquely positioned to shape the future of coffee professionals across Myanmar.
